How We Work

Consultation

As soon as we receive your enquiry one of our project team will contact you to discuss your outline requirements. We will then arrange a meeting at our demonstration facility to discuss the project on a "room by room" basis. We can then prepare a budgetary quotation for the system.

Design

After the budgetary quotation has been reviewed and the outline specification has been agreed we can begin to create the full design package. This will include cable schedules and room layouts for the installation phase. Equipment rack layouts are produce ready for the off site rack build and preliminary programming.

Installation

Our engineers will carry our all the 1st fix cabling for the system, when this is terminated to our custom made connection panels it is fully tested and record documents are issued as part of the handover package. As site conditions allow all the system equipment is delivered to site and installed ready for the final phase.

Commissioning

As with all of our system commissioning the on site activities are kept to an absolute minimum due to our approach to on site cable testing, off site rack build and initial programming. All audio visual and automation devices are set up and configured ready for the final process of system programming.

Programming

This is why the systems we specify are intuitive and user friendly. We will program all the devices to work as one single system, with menu driven control for simple operation. During this process we will liaise with you to agree specific operation of the whole house system, creating a truly customised installation unique to you.

Support

As with any purchase of high value you should never feel that you're alone after the handover. We offer telephone support when required and site visits as part of a preventative maintenance contract. From time to time there are updates available which may add additional features to your system, we will always inform you of these.
