We are delighted to be involved with this magnificent new development of just three luxury family homes located in the leafy surroundings of one of the most coveted private communities in Surrey and these exclusive new homes provide the ultimate in contemporary living.

We were engaged to design and install the Smart Home Technology cabling system to all three properties. This includes Home Networking, Multi Room Audio and Video we also designed the lighting installation so future lighting control products can be added. The Show Home has a Control4 audio system with numerous rooms and patio zone linked and controlled via Control4 touch screen in the Kitchen and Family room.
