For this luxury Lutron, Control4 Smart Home in Cobham, Surrey, New Wave AV designed and delivered an integrated smart home centred around two of the world’s leading residential technology platforms: Control4 and Lutron.

The brief was not simply to add technology to the property. It was to create an intelligent home where lighting, automated blinds, entertainment, climate, security, access, and connectivity could work together while remaining discreet.

At the heart of the property is a Control4 smart home system, providing a simple and intuitive interface to the home’s technology. Working alongside it, a Lutron HomeWorks QSX lighting control system manages the architectural lighting, complemented by beautifully finished Lutron Alisse keypads and automated Lutron Palladiom blinds. The result is a sophisticated smart home where technology enhances everyday living without dominating the design.

Control4 ~ One Interface for the Home

Rather than asking the homeowner to use multiple independent systems, Control4 provides a central control platform that brings key elements of the property together.
