Multi-Room Video Distribution (6 Zones)
Video content is distributed throughout the property, allowing the family to enjoy shared or independent viewing experiences in multiple rooms, all controlled centrally through Control4.
Multi-Room Audio (8 Zones)
An 8-zone multi-room audio system delivers high-quality sound throughout the home, tailored to each space. Whether for background music or focused listening, each zone can be controlled independently or grouped together.
Landscape Audio
Outdoor living was a key consideration. Discreet landscape speakers were installed to cover the garden and pool area, delivering even, immersive sound without visually impacting the outdoor design.
Lighting Control
A fully integrated lighting control system enhances both aesthetics and functionality. Scenes were programmed to complement different times of day and activities, while also integrating with other systems such as blinds and entertainment for a truly automated experience.
Security, Access & Control
To provide peace of mind without complexity, the following systems were integrated into Control4:
- Gate control with access intercom
- Video doorbell
- Garage door control
- Eight CCTV cameras with a network video recorder (NVR)
The client can view cameras, answer the gate or door, and control access from touch screens, remotes, or mobile devices.
Managed Network & Wi-Fi
A robust managed network underpins the entire smart home. Enterprise-grade networking equipment ensures:
