For clients who have purchased their system via us, you will benefit from our full support both on and off-site and out of hours.

After that period, as with any investment in technology, the correct preventative maintenance is essential, along with our monitoring platform, which provides early warning alerts and remote access support.

We aim to minimise your system’s downtime with less on-site engineering while reducing costs.

Recover and Report

We will arrange to visit your property and fully investigate your system, produce a site report and recommend changes to be implemented.

Any work required to bring your system up to New Wave AV standards will be quoted in the report.

New Wave AV has been installing and maintaining Control4 systems for over 15 years and has extensive experience within this field, having over 400 active systems in the UK.

New Wave Support is based on a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring the minimum disruption to your home system.

We offer 3 levels of support to ensure the right option is available for your project, and we can offer bespoke agreements if required.

This reduces system downtime due to minor issues and reduces the cost of engineer call-outs.
