What was involved with this Smart Lighting project?

Having initially worked with the client on their other home, we knew lighting design would be a key feature when this smart home lighting project came together in a new property on the outskirts of Maidstone.

The whole-home lighting control system brings this property alive at night and showcases its stunning refurbished interiors.

This system uses a mix of phase-dimming circuits with DMX LED and colour-changing channels throughout the interior and exterior.

We chose Control4 to deliver the intelligent lighting control system throughout the property and grounds. Control4 also allowed us to automate lighting scenes via sunset programming and motion sensors in some utility spaces and the grounds.

The client then controlled the system via keypads and built-in touchscreens, as well as the Control4 Smart Home App.
