New Wave AV can repair, recover and maintain previous installations undertaken by other contractors. 

We will investigate your system, produce a site wide report and recommend changes to be implemented. 
Packaged with our maintenance platform, providing early warning alerts and remote access support. 
Our aim is to minimise your systems downtime with less on site engineering keeping the cost down as well.

Recover and Report 

We will provide a report into your system to ensure your system can brought back inline with our standards and that it is fully operational. 

Any works required to bring your system up to New Wave AV standards will be quoted with the report. 

New Wave AV have been installing and maintaining Control4 systems for over a decade and have huge experience within this field with over 220 active systems in the UK. 

Remote Maintenance 

New Wave Support is based on a proactive approach to maintenance ensuring the minimum disruption to your home system. 

We offer 3 levels of support to ensure the right option is available for your project and we can offer bespoke agreements if required. 

This not only reduces system down time due to minor issues but can also reduce the cost of engineer calls outs.
