What was involved with this Smart Lighting project?

Having worked initially with the client on their other home, we knew that lighting design would be a key feature when this smart home lighting project came together in a new property on the outskirts of Maidstone.

The whole home lighting control system brings this property alive at night and shows off this stunning refurbished property.

This system uses a mix of phase dimming circuits with DMX LED and colour-changing channels around the internal and external of the property.

We chose Control4 to deliver the intelligent lighting control system on the property and around the grounds. Control4 also allowed us to add automation of the lighting scenes via sunset programming and the motion sensors in some utility spaces and the grounds.

The client then controlled the system via keypads and built-in touchscreens along with the Control4 Smart Home App.
