What is a Control4 Diamond Dealer?
There are several levels of Control4 dealer, with providers attaining each level as they complete more projects and gain more experience. The highest level is Control4 Diamond Dealer, a status which only a handful of UK dealers have attained. To achieve a Diamond Dealer certification, a company must employ a minimum of four Certified Programmers and at least one Professional Certified Network Administrator (PCNA) engineer. They must also have completed a certain number of projects, meaning they have the experience to provide the highest quality home automation installation services.
Diamond Dealers can typically handle bigger jobs than dealers without Diamond status and can offer customers a higher level of support, both during the installation process and afterwards. Only 5% of Control4 dealers worldwide can boast Diamond Dealer status, which demonstrates the level of commitment and quality required to achieve the certification.
What is Pinnacle status?
Pinnacle status is achieved when a dealer has attained a certain turnover. But of course, it’s not simply about financial achievement: with a higher turnover comes greater experience across a range of projects, and the ability to provide excellent support. It is awarded only to established Control4 dealers who have an outstanding knowledge of Control4 products and the integration of various systems to deliver a seamless living experience.
